Yeah. So, I have about two hundred sketches in a series titled, The Box. Mostly, they are black and white ramblings of humor and ideas. Harkening back to a time when I actually used paint brushes and squishy tubes of color stuff, I decided to bring a few of The Box ideas to fruition. So, my first painting, just finished is STANLEY THE WOOD NYMPH. They are acrylic paints smeared onto a primed slab of 1/2 inch 2x4' Birch paneling.
I'm already on my second one, A BOY AND HIS DOG, for whoever is following with their scorecards.
